New Customer Guarantee

We want you to experience a new level of comfort with STEELE MILZ! We know it’s hard for you to experience our product without trying it on. For that reason, we’ve created our “Love it or Leave it” Guarantee. If you’re uncomfortable for any reason with your first pair of STEELE MILZ*, you can return it. We will issue a full refund for the undergarment or an exchange to get you something more comfortable.

*Please note the few conditions on this offer:

  • Only applies to your first order on steelemilz.com
  • Is limited to one worn pair of underwear per household.
  • All requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.
  • If you choose to replace an item, we will ship the item to you free of charge.
  • For all other refunds and exchanges, please see our standard policy below.

Our Standard Policy

  • We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Please e-mail info@steelemilz.comor call us at 571-318-6459 with your order number.
  • Returns / Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the delivery of your purchase.
  • All items must be in unworn condition with hangtags attached and in original packaging. For the good of all our customers, we cannot accept back products that have been worn.
  • For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states.

    You’ll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.

  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
  • We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on the STEELE MILZ website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please e-mail info@steelemilz.com or call us at 571-318-6459 before sending anything back.

If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment be returned to you.
